【配送について】

●ご注文は入金が確認されてから通常５−７日以内に発送いたします。
Your order will typically ship out within 5-7 business days after it is received.

●発売日前のプレオーダーにつきましては商品が発送可能になってから発送いたします
All orders that contain a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order is ready to ship.

●ダンボールやビニールなどの梱包材はリサイクル品を使うことがありますので、ご了承ください。
Please note that we use recycled packing materials.

【返品について】

●購入された商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品・交換には応じかねますのでご了承ください。
不良品が届いた場合には、お手数ですが、商品が不良品であることが分かる写真や詳細を添えて、到着から7日以内にメールで[nelstonemusic@gmail.com] までご連絡ください。
お住まいの地域によっては、交換された商品が届くまでお時間がかかることがございますので、ご了承ください。
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

● 未使用の商品に限りご返品を承ります。CD、カセットテープ、レコードなどが開封された状態ではご返品を承ることができません。
Returned items must be unused. Only unopened and sealed CDs, Cassette, and vinyl albums may be returned.

●ご使用の再生機器の故障等に起因する商品の破損、正しい使用をしなかった事による商品の破損、その他返品交換が認められない事由が発見された場合、返品交換を承ることはできません。
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the damage is caused by a malfunction of your playback equipment. In addition, if a reason is found that returns or exchanges are not permitted, returns or exchanges will not be possible.
